Stay away for your own good!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This leasing office has no concept of a contract. They suddenly started charging for parking. They suddenly tripled our gas bills. We are paying $200-$300 for a 2 bedroom apt. It used to be $100 with the old billing company. So, add that on top of your rent. Some of the issues such a noisy neigbors for example the office personnel cannot help at all.
