I do not live here, but I know someone who does, and whenever I came to visit, I never had a problem with parking. I will admit I wish there more spaces assigned to visitors, but I would always park in the assigned spots for visiors, and have never been towed. The apartments are spacious, love the vaulted ceilings, the huge bathrooms, and the A/C always work fine. Never heard any noise from my friend's neighbors, and it is in an overall wonderful neighborhood. I don't get all of the negative comments.
