I am moving because it's so horrific! This place is a nightmare. You can't sleep at night wondering if your guest is going to have a $200 boot on their car in the morning. My neighbor moved out because his girlfriend kept getting booted. The utility bills are outrageous. Mine use to be $40 a month for BGE and $25 a month for water and gas. Most recently I received a $60 bill for BGE and $155 for water and gas -- and I live in a 1BR!!!! And the rental staff, AWFUL. Nasty, nasty attitudes. If you get towed, they'll say you should have parked at the mall or library. Like my 72 year old disabled grandmother wants to park at the mall. Property Manager always says she'll call you back and never does. You leave messages on their answering machine and they ignore you. If you move here, you will surely regret it. Don't do it!
