I have only been a tenant for about a month and have heard nothing, but complaints from my neighbors who appear sane, educated and reasonable. From my own observations....not really sure of the parking situation because I was never given any information. When asked I was told the information had been given to my roommate and that I should ask her. She was given an envelope of keys and two parking stickers. That was our welcome package. The A/C runs VERY loudly non-stop and is located directly outside my bedroom window. Needless to say....a good night's sleep would be nice. I have heard horror stories about the utility bills and am very nervous. Lorna has been the only staff person we have dealt with and she is absolutely clueless and the most inapt person I have seen in a long time. We were ready to move in and she had lost our file and we had to wait until she found it and drafted the lease even though we had rented the apartment two weeks earlier. My neighbor is going crazy with the ants and after several requests still can't get anyone to spray. There is only ONE trash bin for the entire community and yes....it runneth over with sticky nastey trash. After talking with my neighbors, I am sorry that I moved in. However, I have heard they getting ready to replace both the office staff and maintenance. If they do, maybe the next year will not be as bad as I am preparing myself for because the staff REALLY does not care.
