My spouse and I just moved here three weeks ago and really have no major complaints. We have a three bedroom, two bath and absolutely love the space, the high ceilings, the layout, and the location. The parking policy will hopefully change. There are always empty parking spaces in the garage and there should be some spaces designated on each level for visitors. There is also a problem with the gate entrance -- it remains open a lot of the time. Because we are on the ground floor we have heard our neighbor upstairs walking around on accasion, but it's bearable. I have not yet received a utility bill and will post again later about the cost. I have not had to deal with the service or management staff yet. It's a bit on the expensive side, but affordable if you have a high paying job. Overall, it's a very nice place to live. I would at least check it out if you are looking. I'll post again next month.
