We have been here for 3 weeks.

First off the apartment we were supposed to get had water damage so they had to give us another one, thats ok because we got a 2 weeks free rent for that. We have had a stopped up toilet, needed the AC charged, they dryer broke, the apartment upstairs is leaking water so the carpet and ceiling are wet, the dishwasher does not clean dishes even if you wash them 3 times.

The worst problems are the upstairs neighbors ... first off they smoke and just through the ashes on their deck so all of the ashes drop down between the cracks onto our stuff, I am not talking about a little mess. The cracks were filled up so everytime they walked it snowed ashes. They are SUPER loud, fighting, loud talking out on the deck at 1 or 2AM. We have a 3 year old and a 5 month old so it IS a problem. They also stomp on the floors when thay walk all night long 1 2 3 AM. I am not talking about hearing a little noise I am talking a heard of elephants. Also the AC units onthe outside are pretty loud in the smaller bedrooms.

I will say that the managemant for the most part has bee great, thay come when we call, sometimes we need to call a few times but they come and do the best they can.

They did come and blow all of those ashes out of the cracks and now we just need the 3000 butts cleaned up outside of our deck. If we could get them to replace the dishwasher and evict the upstairs neighbors it would be great.

But what do you expect for 2100.00 a month'
