As many that have lived in CTC apts have stated. If you began renting there, 2004 and beyond, the place was steadily going down. Before ING took over the place, it was nice, the grounds were kept up, the staff was decent and the were no bugs. When I moved out in 2006, there were Silverfish (gross) envading our 1 bedroom apartment and it was gross. They were everywhere. As someone stated before, there was only one dumpster for the entire complex to use, and it was always full/nasty. When CTC instituted their new parking arrangements in March or April of 2006, they did not ensure everyone recieved notice of the new parking arrangements. I was not aware that I no longer had my origianl space and recieved a "boot" on my car. I moved out a month later when my lease was up. They are crazy there. The Towing company is a "predator" towing company. The guy doing the towing, waits around the apartment complex for people that live there, not just visitors, but tenants that live there, to go inside of their apartments and "BAM"!!!!he puts boots on their cars in about 3 minutes or less!! The crime is terrible, groups of young people (especially in the summer) wander up and down the street and through the entire complex and through the garage. When I left, someone had poured soap in the foutain, and suds were all over the place. Peoples cars had been vandalized, last winter was terrible, they did not clean the grounds, and I actually had to call into my job becuase I was trapped in due to the snow and ice not being cleared away. The streets and highways were clear, but not the apartment complex where I lived!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm afraid that the complex has gone way way down, people leaving garbage where the cans are outside, they don't want to take it to the dumpster. It's going down really fast..Don't waste your money, time or effort moving in that place...stay away.

I've never had problem with my car/parking or the weather conditions -- and I work in DC, so it's quite a commute. Never missed a day of work due to it yet! I've been here 2 years and have not had any problems. Maintenance is always prompt, too. And I got a deal when I moved in, so I pay less then $1000 for a medium one bedroom.
