My partner and I moved into CTC in April 2006. We live in a one bedroom and my experience has been pretty good. We moved in when the new parking rules were being put in place- so we never experienced any confusion.

The towing guy was a little stalker-ish in the summer, but he needed to be, because the complex is located next to Merriweather Post Pavillion and the Lakefront - popular attractions in the summer and the parking fills up quickly... by mid-summer the towers reputation had spread and there was never any problem for tenants trying to park (at least from where I could see in my building).

My main complaint has been the entry gate that has been broken for quite some time... the management has expressed concern and interest in fixing it- it just doesn't seem high on the priority list. But there have been problems with it since we moved in.

We will probably stay here when our lease is up. I haven't found a better deal and nicer apartments in Columbia.
