I have been living at Columbia Town Center for just over a year and a half now. I will be relocating soon due to work and must admit I am sorry to have to move. CTC stands out in a community where there are no shortage of high-quality apartments. Columbia tends to attract people with high standards and the complex still manages to excel. Well-lit parking garages and landscaped grounds are patrolled routinely by off-duty police officers. Pool, gym, business, entertainment and gathering facilities are all exceptional. The community features controlled access and 24-maintenance is always responsive. The Center offers routine community events for those looking to mingle.

I cannot think of any major complaints I have had at CTC. The few times I have required maintenance, the staff was apologetic and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Overall, this is a wonderful place to rent, located in the heart of one of the areas safest communities. It's within walking distance of an upscale mall, and a lake with biking and walking paths is literally in your back yard.
