i am a working professional looking to get a single bedroom apartment
this complex from looking around has everything i am looking for.. i almost signed the lease until i read theses reviews and now i am very concerned ...
i am single .. so i will be using just one parking spot.. and i work late.. so i wont be spending too much time during the day in my apartment,, but i am very concerned about the noise and parking safety issue
can some current residents shed some more info about the noise situation...
is a first floor or second floor better as far as noise''
is a courtyard or wooded view more quiet''
as far as noise and convenience does it make a difference which building u are in as far as noise is concerned'' there are apartments available in building 1 (208),building 4, 1st floor, building 8 and 11
i would really appretiate the help.

Hello, I just moved in a few months ago and I myself was concerned with these remarks. However, I spoke to the CM and she was very kind to take the time and go over them with me. I have not had any complaints and I as well live on the second floor. I would recommend Columbia Towne Center but if you would feel more comfortable speaking to the Manager as I did, you should!
