My wife and I moved in January 2006 and signed a 6 month lease. Until the last day we never had anything wrong with the apartment. It was quiet, the management's response is exceptional, and they keep the complex clean, and organized.

What we liked a lot is the $750 gift card, and parking security.
It might have been nicer to have online rent payment for free !
