Nice place, good price, good location

We've lived here for two months now. We were a little hesitant initially after reading some of the negative reviews posted here, but a tour of the place allayed most of those concerns. Since we have lived here, we have found this place to be quiet (except for occasional faint noise from a nearby public venue with concerts), conveniently located, and reasonably priced. Maintenance has been swift to respond and has corrected problems we reported properly on the first visit (including fishing out a pair of glasses flushed down the toilet by the previous occupant). The office staff has been responsive to our needs. The main downside is parking. We have two cars, but only one reserved spot. Extra reserved spots can be rented if needed. It is usually possible to find a spot for the second car, although sometimes it is tricky. The main issue with parking is that more often than one would like someone parks in our allocated spot, and there is little that is done about this by the management or the towing company that they work with. It has been no problem keeping our apartment (on the 2nd floor of 4) cool even now that the temperatures outside are well over 90. Overall, I recommend this place.
