We arrived in early June and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Where to begin' Granted, we're only here for 5 months because we're having a house built, but I wish had picked somewhere else. First of all, the week we moved in, we called service to replace a broken track in a drawer in the kitchen. Well...they never showed up. It's still broken. Also, our neighbor(s)'' above us are morons. I know this isn't the fault of the property, but for as much money as I am spending to live here, I would expect better neighbors and better response to complaints when those neighbors act like college students. For example, these people were blasting their stereo from 5pm - 2am a couple of weeks ago. The management office brags about a so-called "Courtesy Officer" you can call when there is a lot of noise. I called them twice and no one ever responded and the noise continued until 2am. I even called the police, but the parking and layout of this place is so screwed up, I don't think they could even find the right apartment. I won't even get into the fact that these people are up ALL night, thumping around and making all kinds of noise. I have no idea what is going on around here. Oh, and there's graffiti all over our stairwell and doors. Very luxurious, indeed.

The rental office wont do anything about the noise. Said they send letters but after the 4th time I was told that, they said oh well you will have to call the police because there is nothing more they could do. Thats a bunch of bull!! There was an ambulance outside one night that couldn't get into the garage and wasn't able to find the apartment because of the layout.
