My roomate and I moved in back in February. We were also a little hesitant after reading the reviews here, however we are extremely glad that we chose to live at this apartment complex. We have wonderful neighbors for one. We have only needed maintenenace for two things and they were there within a few hours. They are very nice and obviously want to do whatever they can to help you. We have never had any problems with the office staff either. They are always very happy and eager to help. They have even brought my packages up to my apartment when I couldn't make it home in time! Hmmm....oh! The parking has never been a problem for us either. We only have one reserved spot and although there is open parking we do pay for a second reserved space so that we can park closer to the apartment. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

This posting is so bogus. If I didn't know better, I'd say you worked for the rental office. The timing of this post is just a little too convenient; just hours after the apartments were criticized, someone who has been living here since February has to chime in and say it's so great? This posting is a total rebuttal of my posting yesterday. Come on. I get packages at least twice a week and they have NEVER brought them to me. I am reporting this posting to the administrator for review as this is simply and obviously, propaganda.

I agree, are you sure you don't work for the rental office. I've never had the rental office bring me my packages, in fact they don't do much of anything. I have to walk over to the rental office to pick up packages like every other resident, whats special about you...oh, maybe you work for them!!!

I don't agree with this complete posting because there are some cons that i can say about this property. But I did work in the Leasing Office of this property and if there was a resident that wasn't able to pick up an important package before we closed we DID try to help. Firstly, you need to call the office and tell them you cannot make it and then they will either leave your package out side the package door by the elevator, leave it ourside your front door or with your written permission place it on your counter inside your house. Now grant it, that was a while ago when I worked there, but it was done.
