I lived their for almost 2 yrs and from the time I moved in I felt it was an unorganized establishment. They contently changed management and my rently rents were enormous with the content problem with the air conditioner or heat. This complex is not tenent friendly. I felt as if they were only concerned with getting your money and consistently increased the rates on rent, water and gas bill. My review of the complex is not good. When you choose to move somewhere I think you should be treated as though you are appreciated and not consistently harassed about or inconvienced. The complex is over priced with nothing more to offer. I have seen them evict several people for just being late on rent with no remorse or compassion.
