My first unit in this neighborhood was filled with a constant stream of a neighbor's cigarette smoke. My second unit reeks of cat urine and litter- I don't have a cat.

The office staff will never return your phone calls or do the things they tell you to your face that they will take care of. They are inattentive and not detail oriented. They do not take any leadership in addressing major community problems, like customer service problems, parking, noisy or smoking neighbors, or maintenance issues. Lots and lots of smokers live in the neighborhood and smoke in units, on balconies, and at entryways. If you have allergies or care about your health, steer clear.

The appliances are cheap- your dishes may actually get dirtier after being in the dishwasher.

Parking is extremely limited. There is NO room for guests and little room for a second car. The community uses boots for residents with a garage space who park in the street parking.
