Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Month of visit: October
Appearance: On our visit we viewed their model that has an 18 foot a high ceiling. We viewed a 2 bdr, and 1 bdr both with 9ft tall ceilings. The building is kept in a good appearance. The units that were shown were nice and obviously so being models. The lone "real" apartment that was shown to us was set in a corner of the complex and with all of the lights on gave off a gloomy appearance. That withstanding, the units have a modern look similar to Bozzuto and Archstone. Features include: crown molding, 9ft tall ceilings, open kitchen area with modern appliances, and a sunken tub. Amenities were adequate, but aging and should be suggested for remodel to keep up with newer properties in the area. Parking was very tight on the exterior of the building.
Analysis: Price of each unit depends on view and proximity to the garage so an initial price could easily jump as high as $100 dollars per month.
