Living Here but I wish I wasn't

My boyfriend and I had the worst experience from the very beginning. The apartments are great but the office staff is horrible. We had to visit the apartment complex four times before they actually had all paperwork in order for completion. The office staff is nice enough but they don't know how to do their jobs. They are constantly messing things up and they will not follow up on the issues. We have to leave multiple messages before they will return any calls. They reprogrammed the gates to the community and lost our paperwork, which we handed into management ahead of time so that our access cards would work. We contacted them several times and they promised each time they would fix the situation. We have given them our information AGAIN and the issue is still not fixed. We are unable to enter the community with our cars at night. Also, there are assigned parking spots and they accidently gave a pass to another household for our assigned spot. This still hasn't been fixed. Again, the facilities are great but if you work long hours and pay a pretty penny for the rent (which we do... it's not cheap to live here), you will not want to deal with their incompetence. It is not worth it to live here.

Here are my questions:
1. How do rate their garbage policy?
2. What is the general age of the Tennants?
3. Are their large families at CTC?
Thank you!

1. The garbage has to be carried to the main trash location and there is only one trash location... kind of a pain in the butt however, not completely horrible. (trash is $5/month)
2. The general age is hard to say but not a younger crowd... I would say mostly families.
3. I have seen plenty of families with 2 children but I'm not sure if you would call this a large family. The parking situation is not the best so if you have two children with cars it will be a nightmare. They only give one assigned parking spot for a two bedroom apartment unless you pay $75/month for another assigned spot. At this moment my boyfriend has the assigned spot and as long as I have my car parked before 7 pm then I can usually find an open spot.
Hope this helps!
