My girlfriend is a tenant at this complex. Starting with the bad news, parking is outrageous. Unless you're a tenant or are willing to shell out $75 a month for a parking pass DO NOT park anywhere on the grounds. There are ambiguous signs indicating every spot is a "tow zone" and certain times a year they go around and tow everyone who doesn't have a parking pass. This happened to me once after visiting for less than an hour and it costs $125 in cash to get your car back. My girlfriend was also towed after forgetting to renew her license tags even though she pays for a pass. No warnings. The good news is that the actual apartments are nice and relatively well maintained. The landscaping around the apartments is excellent. They also have a resident security guard, but he spends most of his time calling the tow company on cars without passes.
Bottom line: nice complex but very poorly managed for the cost of rent. I would not recommend living here.

I also have to add as the girlfriend and resident of the apt, that managment never returned my phonecall re the incident above. (What a surprise.) And that any complaints re noise are dealt with the response that without an address they can't do anything about it. All I know is that there is a constant pounding and loud music coming from below, I don't know if its the first or the second floor. Its not that hard to send someone out to the building to knock on the door.
Bottom line-I only live here to take advantage of the rent special. Once my lease is up I am looking for a new place. For the price I pay now, its a deal, for their regular price, its not worth it!

Well as a resident of CTC I know that in my signed lease there is definitely a line about parking cars with unregistered tags in the garage. I think they do this so people don't park old cars in there and leave them so it really is up to the residents to a. read your lease and b. renew your tags on time. As far as noise i know that unless you call Howard County police there is not a whole lot the apartment community can do about the noise other than send a letter which I am sure would make no impact. You are probably best off just calling Howard County out
