I am not a tenant. After reviewing the ad on craigslist, I was intrigued and interested in viewing the complex because of its location and spaciousness. However, after phoning the office to inquire about features, offerings and availability, I've decided to look elsewhere. The young lady on the phone was so interested in selling the apt. that she wasn't a good listener. She asked me the same question 5 times, although I'd responded the first time. She seemed desperate. The special advertised on craigslist was not longer available in such a short period of time. Given this experience and the ratings, I'll definitely look elsewhere. $1800 is pretty steep pricing and I expect excellent service for my money. Too bad, businesses haven't grasped the importance of quality and service yet (regardless of whether you're in MD or VA)
