Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Moved here because it seemed like a nice upscale place. Rents are outrageous for what you get. Run down old appliances. antiquinted fixtures. Smelly common walkways - that are then sprayed with industrial strength cover-up.
The office staff is slow to response on paperwork & service. Parking lot need repairs. Office will not help with noise complaints.
