WOW, Why are these residents so bitter'

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The other people living here seem to be so miserable. Here is the truth... the hallways have been painted,new light fixtures,new building carpet is coming, the apartments have been renovated with new appliances and cabinets and I just got a letter from the office that the parking lot is getting repaired and seal coated next week. The gym that is at another property a mile away but we can use just got 6 new pieces of AWESOME equipment this week. What else do people want'
I am very happy here and just renewed for another year.
