Like most apts, you can hear the neighbors, but the place itself was ok. Great location. HORRIBLE managment. We went 5 weeks with no trash pick-up once... disgusting. The office is often closed during their "office hours" making it very difficult to pick up packages, etc. We were lucky and didn't have maintenance problems, but our neighbors has an awful time when their AC went out; took about 6 weeks to fix.
