The Dominion Kings Place is worth a look if you are single or have a small family. The apt buildings look nice (inside and outside). According to Howard County Police reports for 2005 this is a low crime area. However, the complex does offer a security alarm and control entry at the main entrance to each apt building. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. There is also plenty of parking if you have more than one car. Management is also helpful. However, you may have to ask more than once to get something fix. So far, it hasn't been a problem getting important things fixed in my 2 bedroom. If you like convenience to freeways, shops, and jobs than living at Kings Place may be for you.
