I have lived here on and off for 8 years -- the management mainly doris is terrible-- the community manager has not a clue what is going on -- I just do not understand how these people stay employed-- When Maryann ran the place it was spotless, maint was on point and we never had an issue-- If I brought a situation to her attention she dealt with it-- With the current managment they do not take care of anything and just sit back and look at you crazy -- Not to mention my rent has good from 700 9 years ago to over 1000 now.


As far as the area -- the apartments are very nice-- all of the people around me are very easy to deal with and help out when ever I have asked. We team up to take care of snow issues-- (something else management sorely lacks) It will snow and the snow will not be shoveled until business hours-- so on a Friday evening if it snows the snow will likely stay around until Monday morning

This is seriously so true...The snow situation stunk so bad this past winter. My car actually got stuck behind a mound of snow/ice. I finally got the rear tires over the mound of ice and I ended up getting stuck like that.
