I do not understand where all of the bad reviews are coming from. I have lived here for 3 years and am happy. I think the new management is much better. I have had to call twice about a maintenance item once before but other then that everything has been great. I think the manager is very friendly and helpful and I love my apartment! The increase was a little higher this year but I think you prob get an increase anywhere you go.
