First, may I ask who are the disellusioned people calling this place a ghetto I see no peoples begging on the corner for food,no drug dealers selling drugs and no gangs loitering outside. My apartment is not ---- roached or rodent infested. My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and love it here. Yes we have had some maitanance request and they were handled in a timely fashion. If you owned your own home and could not fix things your self you certainly could not find someone to come the same day to get something fix like you can here. As far as the office staff, the new manager shows she really cares about the people who live here, I came out of my apartment the other day in the pooring down rain and the manager not maintance was out there showing someone how to use the door panel system we use to get into our building, I have also seen her out walking around the complex on several occassions picking up trash ect. First of all, learn to spell and use proper grammar. And if perhaps you would take a walk outside your home, or speak with your neighbors you would know their has been an issue with crime. Our auto has had its windshield smashed. Our neighbors have had their tires slashed. We were nearly mugged near the bus-stop. Our neighbors downstairs had someone casing their apartment. Get a clue. That's how low your standards are for a good dwelling. If I owned a home and paid someone to fix something it might not be done right away (which it isn't done here) but it will be done CORRECTLY, and to my satisfaction (which it ISN'T done here). I never said I expect something to be fixed in one day. However two requests in writing over 2 weeks, plus a verbal request, and then another two weeks of waiting is unacceptable. Did the old hag herself write this bogus review or what? That is the most hilarious and stupid thing I have ever seen. She ILLEGALLY evicted a DEPLOYED soldier. She is NOT friendly and caring. She is rude and her personality is ugly. Have a convo with her, and once again...get a clue. Bogus reviews written by the management should be removed.
