Management does a lot to try and sell these apartments. Wood burning fireplace with the vent lever on the INSIDE of the fireplace. 42 LCD HDTV wall mounted and vaulted ceilings. Access to a pool and a private entry gym with a one time enrollment cost. Oh and lets not forget the Gazebo. There are plenty of negatives i have experienced with this place, however, as this is my first 2 days here and already i want to hurt someone.

1. The management team is so inept that they pitch and try to up sell potential renters without verifying their financial status first. We were in the market for a 1 bedroom apartment but we saw a 2 bedroom apartment with only a 76 dollar increase in rent per month. they talked us into trying to apply online; we were declined. They tried over the phone reselling that 2 bedroom to us; declined. We went in to fill out our lease and she again tried to put us into that 2 bedroom only to add more humiliation to the fact that we couldn't afford an addition 78 dollars a month (which we could easy but apparently co-signers must make 4x the yearly cost).

2. Upon move in we were provided our documentation with our promised secure access codes and the basics on how to enter the apartment. 3 Days later and the codes still aren't working and we are assuming the same person who hustled us on the 1 bedroom did not put in the appropriate paperwork.

3. They CHANGED the floor plan in the apartment without mentioning it to us. The website has a fixed location for a fireplace and a TV on all variations and those which we saw had the same set up. Since we did not see the apartment we were renting we moved in to see that they moved the TV off the fireplace to the right full wall. This cut the usable wall space in half for the living space. They said nothing to us at lease signing.

4. Speaking of the TV. When they moved the TV they installed a cable jack into the wall which was conveniently placed directly below. They forgot, however, to attach it to the main hub below so it is getting no service. the previous plug is the only usable outlet and they did not even put in a proper wall kit for it; its literally a small hole and the coaxial cable behind the plate.

5. They have done an absolute crappy job "patching" the walls. the putty they used was still wet and pliable. They used white spray paint to patch up the walls, which got on the cabinets, the fireplace, and even the linoleum in places.

6. The Pantry door does not have a bolt in it to close. Essentially it looks like the spring in the door handles was broken.

7. The top pantry board had something spilled on it at some point and is warmed and somewhat moldy.

8. Bathroom:

a. The mirror has several dark brown/black spots across the left side which looks likes stain for woodwork however its on the inside of the mirroring not the glass so it cant be cleaned off.

b. The hot water in the shower lasts about 15-20 minutes at MOST, great for one person but horrible for two people if they take separate showers.

Security: They do come with security for all of the windows and doors; kinda. The security magnet on the door going to the patio is missing its cover. The left living room window is missing a magnet attachment. The agency which handles the job is extremely slow at turning on service.

Oh and the outside lights in the hallway arent working.

This review is spot on...I currently live in the complex, and had many of the same move-in issues. I will be moving out of this complex once my lease is up.

If you read the alarm paperwork,it says it takes up to ten days to get service working,so blaming management for that is silly. The water heaters are quite large, and I agree, who takes 20 minutes showers? Everything else mentioned seems a little petty to me.Overall, they are nice looking places, and no apartment is going to be perfect.Just my opinion.
