My boyfriend and I lived in this craphole for a little over year. Thw Sales pitch they give you is great, but their Management Team is completely incompetent. They lose paperwork constantly, they do not respond to complaints. We had a downstairs shut in neighbor who complained about our smoking soo much that they actually had us kicked out. For Smoking In OUR Apartment. This neighbor left notes on our car threatening us, as well as on our door. The appliances have not been updated in forever. The hot water works for like 10 minutes. There were stains EVERYWHERE. The stench of the dumpsters enveloped the entire development. Cars in the parkign lots were constantly getting broken into. The neighbors are not very friendly. The management is impossible to deal with. On top of everything, they kept our deposit stating that they had to repaint, which is bs since WE painted BEFORE we left so that we would get our deposit back.

These people and this complex are HORRIBLE! SERIOUSLY, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

I can see why there are tenants getting kicked out... too much anger in the apartments and animosity amongst neighbors. Number 1 I thought we honor our neighbors so we should care for NOT smoking in a closed building. Number 2 if there was so called 'harassment' why didn't you report THEM to the leasing office? There was a reason why this person was put on thier ass and obviously they couldn't obey the rules and try to work out thier anger. I can see they're getting mad at a stupid email and getting all worked up over it. Y'all two need to get along. Also if you can't take feedback you shouldn't leave any on this site. Get a life! Especially the one with the anger issues!

We went there looking at apartments,and I noticed no "trash smell" through out the whole place as the rater claimed. A younger woman we spoke to was very nice and helpful,but there was an older woman with blond hair in the back who seemed a little cross and rude and kind of gave us dirty looks.I'm guessing she was the property manager. On the buildings it clearly says that there is NO SMOKING in the hallways,so perhaps the rater disobeyed that rule and that is why they got kicked out. Overall,it seems like a very nice place.But the property manager should watch her attitude if she doesn't want to chase away perspective renters though! You would have thought a smile might crack her face.
