Maintenance and Clubhouse Staff have gone downhill.

When we first moved in here over a year ago the Clubhouse staff was very friendly and helpful. They have changed staff since then. Now when I call for maintenance they try and make it sound like I have directly caused the problem. An example: our sink was backed up and they said it was due to us pouring grease down the sink. We do not do this. It was about 3 weeks before the sink was actual fixed to where it would drain. Our hot water doesn't last very long anymore. They accuse us of taking 30 min showers. We do not do that. They still have not fixed our hot water situation and it has been a week and a half. I am tired of taking cold showers! For how much we pay for rent we deserve much better than what we are getting. We will not be renewing our contract.
