i would not recommend dominion at eden brook as a place to live, because of numerous problems and issues i have experienced. staff at the rental office are not knowledgeable or helpful to tenants. maintenance is very poor. last winter, in the workout room it took several months until they fixed the heat. it had been broken and ice cold. it takes several weeks for a maintenance problem to be fixed or even looked at. the apt buildings inside or not maintained, could use paint and new carpet. the exterior could use a paint job as well, along with shrub care. dominion is an okay place to live, but i would be aware that you will not get adequate service or respect. you pay way more than what it is worth.
