I lived in this dump for one year, and was I glad to leave. The manager is one of the nastiest people I have ever met. She lies right to your face and doesn't seem to have a problem doing so. The only way you can get semi-results is by calling the corporate office. When you have a complaint the manager will give you the name and number of the regional manager, who is just as nasty and unresponsive. It takes MONTHS to get repairs. Almost every other person we spoke to had the same complaints, but none of them had taken the next step of going over the manager's head. Please be forewarned, unless you are facing homelessness, please look elsewhere. One last piece of advice is to speak with individuals currently living there before signing a lease. Don't let the sweetness from your first meeting with the office staff fool you -- it is only temporary. I can promise you that you will be kicking yourself later on if you move in this dump anyway. Finally, the manager was so nasty at my walkout - probably because there was no damage. I had to make her give me documentation stating that everything was okay.
