I'ved here for 2 years now. In the begining I thought it was great (decent price for the area, nice stuff, quiet, nice management) after about 6 months I started to learn otherwise. I'll list the complaints:

*Insane maintenance. I had 2 washing machines replaced with BROKEN machines! Our dryer takes at least 3 hours to actually dry a load. (Also, as mentioned before...terrible snow removal)

*Parking. There is no assigned spaces, people frequently leave unused vehicles in the best spots and rarely will you find spaces actually close to your entrance. (also, if you live on the backside of the complex, there's a park across the street that the HS uses...it has NO parking, so people line BOTH sides of the street including the entranceway into the Apts)

*Price. Sure, my tiny 1 bedroom was 800 when I first came here. However IF you want washer and dryer it's an extra 35 per month. All of the appliances are old and outdated, complaining merely gets you a 'new' old appliance. If you want new stuff, they charge another 100 per month, seriously. After my first lease, they upped the rent another 100. Also, if you have pets, 250 dollars per pet...non refundable.

*Management. There used to be some decent people in the office, now it's hard to get a hold of them (even during posted business hours you can't get ahold of them on the phone or in the office). When you DO get a hold of them, they're rude and entirely unhelpful. They also have a policy where if you are late 1 day past the due date, they WILL submit you to the court for eviction that day (they post the notices openly on the outside public doorway).
