I have to agree

The last posting is very correct. This place has several problems that need fine tuning. But you also get what you pay for. I could be paying $1500 for a perfect place in Columbia, but let's get real - nothing is ever perfect. I used to live in Harper's Farm Village also known as the ghetto of Columbia. Have you ever seen scare tactics' Wow! My place here doesn't touch the problems I have experienced at the other places I have lived. At my old place, I would have to wait over a month for maintenance to get to my requests. As far as parking, well I'd rather see a minivan going to a soccer game parked near me then some thug who looks as if he's trying to sell me dope. Like I said before this place isn't so bad but there are problems here that need fine tuning.
>garbage pickup is horrible but I hear management finally has a dumpster getting put in
>they have promised a pool for 2 years now and they have finally broken ground
>the hallways used to be filthy and smell bad but they have a cleaner who comes in every day to make it better (at least my hallway is nice)
>maintenance could definitely be better but i hear that management is in the process of hiring yet another canidate
>the office staff is very friendly and always smiling but I do miss the old staff
