i must say that after living here for four years, i have seen almost everything. the manager who worked here two years ago was mean and snappy. the new office staff is quite nice and helpful. they won't jump down your throat like the other staff did. they have also remodeled the clubhouse to make it more inviting. the place has several modifications being done to it. in my four years of living here, the buildings were recently pressure washed. there used to me mold growing on the buildings, now it almosts looks new. i just signed another year and the manager gave me all brand new whirlpool top of the line appliances. they also put a new dumpster by my building which is a short distance for me to walk my trash out. today they were trimming the hedges, which they probably haven't done in the four years i've been here. this place is definitely looking its best!
