I guess people complaining haven't really looked at what's out there!

So far I've been living here almost two months. This is by far the best deal in the area. For $920/month I have a one bedroom that is very nice with all new appliances. I mean yeah, these apartments are 20 years old but most apartments in the entire state are over 40 years old. Plus most I saw look like housing projects! Dominion only wants $150 deposit, most places usually want one month's rent.

The community is very quiet and yes while there are a lot of people with pets, I'd rather see that than thugs hanging out in the parking lots. All in all people really keep to themselves back here. Parking is never a problem either.

As far as management/maintenance goes, you couldn't ask for anything better. I mean I've had three requests for minor things since I've been there. They were at my apartment the same day for everything. The main agent "Crystal" has always been very nice to me. You don't usually find that in apartment communities! They also take fairly good care of the grounds and when it just snowed last week they quickly cleared the grounds and parking lots.

Now for the negative, I see that people on this site have complained about the dumpster overflowing. Well the main reason for that is people that do NOT live in the community have been dumping their old furniture, tires or whatever in Eden Brook's dumpster at night. I've witnessed that myself leaving in the evening. I guess my only complaint is that they could keep a better eye on that or keep a better lockdown on the dumpsters. But there's always ample space for me to dump my trash and they do empty them quite a lot. I just hate seeing them so full as well.

Also, the pool doesn't seem like it's coming. But hey they have an awesome fitness center, so that makes up for it!
