This is the nicest apartment I've had. W/D, DW, alarm system, fireplace, fitness center, pool. Maintenance is usually good. The only problem I've had with that is when I moved in my dishwasher didn't work (it leaked water all over the place!) and it took a while to get fixed because they had to order the new part and get the manufacturer to fix it. Not a huge deal though. The grounds maintenance is also very good. The landscaping always looks nice and they also evened out and filled in some of the holes in the parking lot this last week.
This is a very safe and nice area to live in, right off of rt 32. Would definitely recommend to those stationed at Ft Meade, as it's only a 10 minute drive to the gate and they offer a military discount.
The only two downsides are that it's all wood construction, so you can hear the people above you everytime they move around. Definitely get a 3rd floor room if you can. The second thing is that the Safeway across the street just closed so if you live anywhere in Kings Contrivance, you will have to drive a little further to get to the grocery store for a while.
