I was at Dominion for a one-year lease. Don't be like me.

Maintenance is a joke. They don't respond, then get indignant when you express disappointment for it. One time it even went so far as, when there was a leak above my unit leaking down into mine, and the office and maintenance staff were at the pool, having a crab feast. I walked out to them, asked what was going on, and was told 'we'll get there'. When I turned and walked away, everyone was laughing.

If the current manager is -------, your problems will begin there. Desceitful, condescending, rude, and lazy are the key adjectives to her. She'll lie to your face, then completely blow you off, and she obviously has little regret about any of it.

If you DO move in, expect to move out in a year. This is when they'll try to raise your rent by $250/month for no explicable reason.

Two months after finally getting out of the place, I am *still* waiting for my deposit back. ------- will not return or even take calls regarding it, while it has been obvious she has lied about it from the beginning. I have already put a call into my lawyer.

Take my advice: stay away.
