Date of visit: September

Appearance: Area was free of garbage and other debris. The area is well covered with forest green. The exterior of the buildings appear to be clean and free of grafiti. Interior halls are less appeasing. Paint on the railings was peeling and the lighting was dim although on the day of visit it was cloudy, however, if you travel early in the morning you experience this more frequently. The unit that shown was quant. All apartments come a 42" LG flat screen tv and all of the units are renovated with new aplliance and counter tops(black). Ammenities include workout facility which is 24hr. To gain entry one uses a code so safety may become an issue overtime. We came here during a weeknight and it appeared that parking was available. Downside is that parking permits are not assigned so be prepared for heavy days such super bowl, final four.

Analysis: This place is right across from a remodled groccery store (Harris Teeter). This village (Kings Contrivance) has maintained its value over the years, whereas, others villages have fallen below the Columbian grade(i.e. Owen Brown, Harpers Choice).

Would highly recommend Dominion at Eden Brook.

Hi Kayake77, I did not move to this property. The area that surrounds the development is nice when compared to others around the columbia ring. The buildings show some age, but the landscaping at the time of visit (early fall) was well maintained. This property was in my top 3 overall. The other two were Belmont Station (elkridge), Archstone at Contee (laurel).

I was there today and this is a fair assessment.In my opinion,they are a little overpriced for how they were maintained.
