I've lived here for two years...I like it perfectly well, but the price has risen steadily in the last two years...it's a nice neighborhood, good jogging trails, membership in the CA...there isn't a problem with traffic and it's a very quiet area...I would like to see cheaper rent though...the apartment's aren't sound proof from above--squeak, squeak as the people upstairs walk around...
