I've been living at Fenland Feild for about 7 months now.

CHECK YOUR LEASE. I was told it was a 12 month lease but it was actually written as 13 months. My fault for not noticing but still bad on their part. My apartment was also not ready when I was supposed to move in and I was forced to take another apartment in a building with a much worse location.

I requested that my air conditioner be fixed twice before I finally gave up. This results in the AC constantly running though the apartment was not cold (2 electric bills of $190). In the winter, the apartment is very drafty. Drafts come through the windows. The front door is so unlevel that i can actually feel a breeze in the living room. This makes the gas bill high as well.

Maintenance seems to reply within a reasonable amount of time, but they do not always fix the problem (ie, the AC).

Management changes very often.

Numerous break-ins into storage area.

The front door is not very sound proof so a lot of noise comes in through there. The floor and walls seem to by decent though.
