My apt is great in the inside and that is where it ends. Before renting be certain to drive through the grounds at night, so that you can see what is lurking right outside. Nothing like getting off of a hard day's wk and seeing a bunch of unemployed folk chillin in the parking lot, drinking etc. then when evening comes they play dice right in front of my apt..until the wee hours of the morning. There are a few noticeable crackheads lingering., so if u end of dealing move here it will be very lucrative. All Complaints to the rental office have gone unanswered. 2 residents have had their cars keys..needless to say they aren't here anymore..hey it's not a big deal if your car is keyed at least it runs..STAY AWAY FROM FENLAND FIELDS..

I agree, the apartment size can't be beat but the 'hood rats are such a letdown to a nice complex..... Their habits are always the downfall of an apartment community. I wish there were some way to get rid of them!

I have to lead my guest down the stairs with a flashlite for over 1-month! Maintenance is horrorible and they don't show up for days.Druggies sit outside my door with their backs against the door. Mice play tag in my bedroom. My apt. is spotless but that doesn't keep them away. And please, don't be fooled by that great looking model apt. RENTER BEWARE.
