I am a resident at Fenland Field, going on 2 years (Rivendell Lane). Reading all the negative reviews has shocked me! I have not had any problems with maintenance nor the office staff. I enjoy the environment as well as the Columbia area. I have and will continue to recommend this apartment community to my co-workers, friends and family. I have met the new property manager from the new management company that recently took over. Maybe better things are yet to come!
