I moved in two months ago and have found the office staff very helful and friendly. The apartment was renovated with new appliances and cabinets and was clean when I moved in. The maintenance is a little slow, but other than that, I enjoy living here.

I firmly believe that the last three reviews posted (on 8/30, and 9/01) are a ploy by the leasing office to increase their ratings to try and get people to move into the Fenland Fields apartments. I believe it is very unlikely that three separate people would write positive reviews boosting Fenland Fields ratings within three days after only living in the apartments for 2 weeks. I stand firm with my previous review. LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
