Kahler Hall is only located next to ONE building in the community...Mgmt was the problem. Kahler Hall did have parties, and yes the police were sometimes called but thank G-d they were...loiterers were the problem and when I brought this to the attention of the management, they did nothing.

I lived here from 2006-early 2009 and there was only ONE party that was a problem. It was a dance party and the hall has mostly weddings and family parties. They even have free events for the middle-schoolers. More than I can say for management.

My calls for service were s l o w...but got better towards the end. I moved for work. The apartments are large and have front to back windows so that is real nice and it is CLOSE to shopping, restaurants, etc.
