The Gramercy is a gated community with a small club house that has a pool, internet access, and 24 hour access to a small fitness room. The management has a get together every couple months and hires great caters to provide food, beverages, and music. The apartments are in a great location, across from the Mall in Columbia and halfway between Baltimore and DC. The apartments are spaceous, but the angles on some of the walls can make it difficult arrangeing furniture with smaller units. All units have full size washers and dryers. The property manager was able to work a deal with Bozzuto Mgmt to decrease the amount my rent will be when I renew due to my military housing allowance not going up. The maintenance team provides quality work, they installed my shower massager and hung a couple pictures for me. While on vacation, the management will hold mail, water plants, and feed pets while away. Garages are also available to rent.
The Columbia Town Center has a mailing listing local entertainment and social events that are free or cheap for Town Center residents and a minimal fee for nonresidents. Romeo and Julliet was performed at a nearby park last year for free.
