We thought it was wonderful here when we arrived a couple of years ago until maintenace went down hill from there. One maintenace guy left cause the other one who stayed wasn't doing his part. That didn't help us though because we were stuck with an idiot and know it all who took forever to fix maintenance problems and acted as if you were taking too much of his time with his sighs and rolling of eyes ect. Management just turns the other way and acts as if there is nothing going on. The building is falling apart where we lived literally. Get out if you're still here.

I don't know what kind of personal problem you have with maintenance here, but they are definitly the best that I have ever encountered. They come right away, and do it right the first time too! Also the management here is always going out of their way for us and all of the residents in general,I have never seen them just "turn the other way", if they acted like that we would not still be living here after 5 years. And what building are you living in that you see it falling apart? There is nothing wrong with our building, the community is beautiful! Stop making stuff up.

I agree, we just moved in last month and as of today maintenance has been awesome. The guy came over and hung our curtains for us, not to mention took care of the issues on our move in list. Everything here seems great so far, this is probably the best move we have made in a while.

I agree as well...quit making crap up. The staff here is excellent. We've been here for almost 6 years and we absolutely love it. Perhaps you didn't pay your rent on time and therefore you were a little upset when you were evicted? Why the anonymous note then? Hmmmm....seems kind of fishy to me.
