I hate this place, I hate this place. The staff is mean and very unprofessional! My car got broken into 2 weeks after I moved here, I had a leak that took over 2 weeks to get fixed!

Well, all I can say is you're crazy...the staff is mean? What office did you walk into? All the staff here at the Gramercy are kind and gentle human beings who go out of their way to do things even when not asked! I think that is terrific! Oh, and by the way The Gramercy has nothing to do with your car getting broken into. As far as the leak, never had an issue with them coming to fix anything. Things happen and that is for sure but they are always on top of their game around here and I applaud them! Looks like you weren't even here long enough to place a comment anyway. You have to give things a chance. Don't leave things in your car and thieves won't care to break into your car. Be glad the car itself wasn't stolen!
