This is the best place I've ever lived. If it wasn't so far from my new job then I'd likely stay there until I purchase a house. I could lecture you with the reasons but they're well documented in previous reviews.
The ONE thing you have to know is that you're paying a premium to live RIGHT next to Columbia Mall. Just down the street is the Avalon which is comparable in size and amenities but costs about $300/month less. The Gramercy is the cream of the Columbia crop, but you definitely pay for it.
