Is it just me, or is the Gramercy past its prime' I recently took a look at them during my quest for housing in Columbia. The cabinets, countertops, floors and appliances are badly in need of updating. Although they are white, they are cheap and dated looking. The garages are a mess, also. The bottoms of most of the wooden doors are rotten and falling apart. For the money that they charge, the apartments should be at least partially renovated and they need new garage doors ASAP. This place is average, at best, with a premium price. I'll be renting elsewhere.
